試練はランに難易度修正を重ね、ゴールドとウィザードランクXPを増やします。契約はプレイスタイルそのものを変える特殊チャレンジです。Patch 7 で試練の解放が毎回の昇天時に順番に進む方式に変更されました。

Harmony

Devotion
Trialスタック可能な試練。難易度が上がる代わりに、スタックごとにゴールドとウィザードランクXPが増加。

Diminution
TrialPatch 7で追加された第8試練。ウィザードとスペルを縮小——当たり判定は小さくなるが、スペルのサイズと射程が減少。

昇天進行で解放
Abstinence
Covenantスペルスロットを制限——3スペル、2スペル、または1スペルモード。Patch 5で試練から契約に変更され、より早期に利用可能。

What Are Trials?
Trials are stackable difficulty modifiers you activate before a run. Each Trial increases challenge in exchange for boosted Gold and Wizard Rank XP rewards.
Patch 7 Progression Rework
Patch 7 以降、試練は毎回の昇天で順番に解放されます — 特定ウィザードで決まった回数昇天する必要はありません。
What Are Covenants?
Covenants are special challenge modes that fundamentally change how you play. Solitary Focus restricts you to your Starter Spell only. Eternal Bond requires staying close to teammates. Abstinence limits your spell slots.
Recommended Trial Order
Start with Harmony, then Devotion, then Onslaught. Save Mortality and Diminution for when you have strong builds and Masteries unlocked.

How many Trials are in The Spell Brigade? +
There are 8 Trials as of Patch 7 (June 2026): Mortality, Denial, Onslaught, Hard Lessons, Harmony, Devotion, and Diminution (added in Patch 7). Abstinence was converted from a Trial to a Covenant in Patch 5.
What is the Diminution Trial? +
Diminution is the 8th Trial added in Patch 7. It shrinks your wizard and spells — smaller hitbox but reduced spell size and range.
How do Trials unlock in The Spell Brigade? +
Since Patch 7, Trials unlock sequentially upon every Ascension regardless of which wizard you use.
What is the Abstinence Covenant? +
Abstinence restricts your spell slots — triple, double, or single spell mode. It was converted from a Trial to a Covenant in Patch 5 (May 2026).
What is Devotion in The Spell Brigade? +
Devotion is a stackable Trial that increases run difficulty while boosting Gold and Wizard Rank XP rewards per stack.
