📖 What Happened Before the Roadmap

The Spell Brigade 1.0 launched on April 29, 2026 to mixed reception. Bolt Blaster Games responded with nine patches in two months:

  • Patches 1–4 (April–May): Achievement restore, Gold scaling reduction, crash fixes, performance optimizations
  • Patch 5 (May 19): Major economy rebalance, Abstinence Covenant, old soundtrack toggle, Mana Beast improvements
  • Patch 7 (June 11): Diminution Trial, quest-based wizard unlocking, spell buffs, Elder Monster rebalance
  • Patch 9 (July 1): 7 new Scrolls, scroll HUD, split augmentation fix, Post-1.0 Roadmap announcement

The roadmap is flexible and subject to change based on community feedback. Bolt Blaster Games has not attached release dates to any item. The dev team announced a vacation period after Patch 9 before resuming active development.
